Since 1995, cellar master Michael Fuchs has been responsible for the winemaking process. Having grown up on a winery in Baden, he brings a wealth of experience and a keen sense of the region’s various vineyards and terroirs. In 2025, he was honored as “Pinot Noir of the Year” for his longstanding commitment to Schaffhausen wine. Together with his team of winemakers, apprentices, and bottling plant staff, over 50 different wines are produced in our winery.
The quality and variety of our wines are regularly recognized with awards at national and international competitions. Our selection is complemented by a careful selection of wines from Italy, Spain, and Portugal, as well as sparkling wines and champagne.
