Schleitheim Randenturm

Originally built in 1872, the 40-foot-high wooden tower collapsed in 1894 and was replaced by an iron tower in 1909 in the ruins of the Schleitheim Randenburg. Today 896 m above sea level.
During the Second World War, the tower was used by the Swiss army as an observation post for anti-aircraft troops.
