The Christen family's winery is beautifully situated in the heart of the Chläggi region.
In 2017, Jan and Nathalie took over the farm from their parents and are now running the family business in its fourth generation with great passion and commitment. Their four children complete the family (perfectly)!
The vineyard covers 5.5 hectares of vines, where Pinot Noir, Cabernet Dorsa, Regent, Riesling-Silvaner, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Muscaris thrive.
However, it is not only viticulture and winegrowing that provide a livelihood; 15 hectares of farmland also contribute to this. Traditional farming with the cultivation of food and animal feed has been an integral part of the farm for generations.
Philosophy
The Christen family's goal is to control every step of the process themselves, from the vine to the wine rack, leaving nothing to chance. They want to produce high-quality products that they can fully stand behind with their name. With this autonomy, they have everything in their own hands, always keeping track of every single step and enjoying the thoroughly successful result: their very own wine.

They are happy to welcome guests in their new tasting room. The tasting room can accommodate up to 30 people for all kinds of events.
On request, they are happy to offer a cellar tour, a vineyard tour, or both.
