For several generations, the family has operated the winery. On approximately seven hectares of prime land, various grape varieties grow, where the grapes mature for their ultimate purpose. Sustainable cultivation and experience are the foundation for the high-quality final product, which Christian Waldmeier has been pressing in his own cellar using ecological methods since 1991. Of course, you are welcome to taste these during a wine degustation.
In addition to wines from our own production, you can also purchase grape seed oil, vinegar, and verjus, which are also produced at the winery.
