Bakery and Confectionery at Schaubmarkt

Our commercial property dates back to 1677 and, with a few interruptions, has always been used as a bakery. UrDinkel plays a special role in our bakery, and over the years we have established ourselves as UrDinkel specialists. Our range includes many different delicacies such as cookies, bars, and fruit breads. UrDinkel pumpkin seed Bibern are particularly popular with fans of filled Bibern who cannot tolerate nuts or almonds for health reasons. We use only pumpkin seeds from Schaffhausen farmers, the only Swiss pumpkin seed producers. Our presence at the BEA in Bern has already become a tradition. We are one of the founding members of Naturel and all its predecessor organizations, and we are involved as bakery representatives on the board of IG Dinkel.
