Baderhaus - Holidays in a historic monument
The historic Baderhaus is a significant testament to Neunkirch's history and invites you on a journey through the centuries.

The history of the Baderhaus spans centuries, during which the house was extended and rebuilt; its current complex spatial and ownership arrangements bear witness to this constant change. In 2018, the then-vacant part of the house was acquired by its current owner, an architect living in the city. He saved the Baderhaus from decay and, with great dedication, guided it towards a sustainable future. Thanks to the rental of the Baderhaus by the Foundation Vacations in Historic Buildings, the house is made accessible to the public, and its story continues to be told.
Despite the dense development of the old town, the Baderhaus offers an inviting outdoor space from which one can observe the activity in Hintergasse and at Unterer Brunnen.
The medieval building offers space for up to four people and a toddler in two spacious rooms.
Neunkirch is a historic country town with medieval charm and is considered one of the regionally significant townscapes. It is also located in the Schaffhausen Regional Nature Park, which extends over the characteristic landscapes of Randen, Südranden, Hochrhein, Klettgau, and Reiat, offering many nature-oriented excursion destinations that can be reached on foot or by bicycle.
