Emmentaler, THE Swiss specialty with large holes, and many of its relatives from around the world are available at Chäs Marili.
Everything is, of course, at its optimal stage of maturity: whether you're looking for spicy Gruyère, mild Mutschli, or strong mountain cheese, you'll always find what you're looking for here. Italian specialties such as Gorgonzola, French soft cheeses, and other specialties round out the selection. The specialty shop is also happy to prepare fondue mixes and put together cheese platters for any occasion, beautifully garnished with seasonal fruits and vegetables—after all, you eat with your eyes first! In summer, refreshment all'italiana is provided by the ice cream from Gelateria Antico del Corso.
