Domaine Bösch is a traditional family business in the wine-growing town of Hallau in the canton of Schaffhausen. Our own range of wines consists of various Pinot Noir and white wines as well as a pomace and quince brandy. We are convinced that you have to treat nature with respect in order to create truly top-quality products: that is why we have dedicated ourselves to particularly gentle care in the vineyard with minimal use of machinery. You can taste and enjoy our wines in our Blauburgunder Taverne or directly in the vineyard in our pretty Rebhüsli with various meals.
