The Hirschen is: a place of special hospitality. It is home to loyal regular guests and at the same time a popular destination for culinary explorers and connoisseurs. From a simple spring salad for the small appetite to a fine four-course menu with Sunday roast to fresh fruit cake as a refreshment on a hike: we have something for everyone. The wine cellar houses the classics of the region as well as the secret favorites of our winegrowers from the Stammertal. In addition, the "Historic Hotel of the Year 2014" award from ICOMOS (Suisse) proves that the challenging combination of monument protection and gastronomy can succeed.

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival and are available until 11 am on the day of departure. If you arrive after 9 pm, please inform us by 6 pm.
The Hirschen is served in the Stall or Hirschen from 8.30 am to 11.00 am, in summer also in the garden. If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please let us know the evening before.
