The Hirschen is a place of exceptional hospitality. It is a home for loyal regulars and, at the same time, a popular destination for culinary explorers and connoisseurs. From a simple spring salad for a light meal, to a refined four-course menu with Sunday roast, or a fresh fruit cake to refuel during a hike: we have something for everyone. The wine cellar houses regional classics as well as the secret favorites of our winemakers from the Stammertal. Furthermore, the 'Historic Hotel of the Year 2014' award from ICOMOS (Suisse) proves that the challenging combination of heritage preservation and gastronomy can succeed.

Rooms are available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and until 11 AM on the day of departure. If you arrive after 9 PM, please inform us by 6 PM.
The Hirschen breakfast is served in the stable or Hirschen from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and also in the garden during summer. If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please let us know the evening before.
