Walther-Bringolf-Platz fountain

The fountain on Walther-Bringolf-Platz is over 400 years old. It was probably built in 1596 and redesigned in the 18th century. The column with the lansquenet figure is a copy of the statue from the fish market fountain, which was demolished in 1840, and has adorned the Walther-Bringolf-Platz fountain since 1925.
