Wine & Game Inn

Wine & Game Inn
Christophe Külling and Barbara Vögeli, together with their proven, well-coordinated team of employees, run a thriving, growing vineyard with plots in the municipalities of Trasadingen, Wilchingen, Hallau, Oberhallau, and Gächlingen in accordance with IP Suisse guidelines.

In addition to the main varieties Riesling, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir, we also cultivate grape varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Cabarnet Dorsa, Dornfelder, Gamaret, Da Capo, and Zweigelt. The hand-picked grapes are supplied to a wide range of customers. In 2005, Christophe Külling began breeding fallow deer on the Hallauer Berg. In addition to the dominant stag, the herd consists of around 30 does with their young. We sell the healthy, low-fat, low-cholesterol meat directly from the farm to private customers or in the Hirschbeiz restaurant at Bahnhofstrasse 37 in Hallau. We cater for groups and families for birthday and wedding celebrations in a cozy atmosphere. The location is also ideal for club and company events. The absolute highlight of our game specialties is the popular Fondue Vigneronne accompanied by a glass of wine from the Chläggi.

WINE & WILD
The name says it all. On request, we are happy to organize a wine tasting or a vineyard walk with a visit to the deer. The dates of annual events such as the Rebhüslifest, Autumn Sundays, Chilbipfeffer, Spring and Advent tastings, Christmas windows, Fondue Vigneronne in the winter months, etc. can be found on our website.
