The Zwirnerei is an industrial loft with an extraordinary atmosphere. The stylishly furnished interior offers space for 40 people. Thanks to its size (140 m2) and the terrace (50 m2), private and business events can be organized in a variety of ways. For example, welcome your guests with an aperitif on the terrace, then enjoy your meal in the cozy dining area and round off the evening in the bar area. Or end your business workshop with a glass of wine on the terrace. Advantages: Parking spaces, connection to public transport (Arova bus station) Satellite kitchen Wine and water glasses 4 modern toilets Viticulture: We harvest all our grapes by hand and bring them to our partner company Besson-Strasser in neighboring Uhwiesen. There, the grapes are processed gently. This means no mash pumps, spontaneous fermentation without the addition of cultured yeasts and as little influence as possible on the vinification process, e.g. by reducing filtration and the addition of sulphur to a minimum.
