The Bringolf family winery is located in the picturesque wine-growing region of Hallau in the Klettgau area of Schaffhausen, "Chläggi" as the locals call it. The Muscaris and Scheurebe grape varieties, among others, are used for the wide range of different wines. Otherwise, mainly the Riesling-Silvaner and Pinot Noir varieties typical of the region grow on around 1.5 hectares of vineyards.
