On a walk around our farm, you will notice that we act and work true to our farm philosophy in all areas. By working sustainably and ecologically, we are able to create the best possible conditions for flora and fauna in order to offer our guests natural products of the highest quality. Our 20 horned Original Swiss Brown Swiss suckler cows live with their calves and Till, the Limousin bull, as freely and species-appropriately as possible on the best pastureland and in a large free-range barn. The grapes for our fine wines and the popular non-alcoholic grape spritzer are grown in the sun on the steep vineyards. We harvest sweet, aromatic cherries and apples from our high-stem fruit trees. (partly "Pro Specie Rara"). 16 bee colonies - tended with great care by Erwin Simmler - work diligently in the woods and fields for our excellent home-made honey.
