The pub becomes a club for the Fassjazz concert series, its walls a barrel gallery, and the small basement room a stage for cabaret, youth theater, readings from the Schaffhausen Book Week, lectures, and concerts.

Together, we can achieve more. That was the basic idea behind the Zum Eichenen Fass cooperative, founded in 1977. To this day, the properties on Webergasse remain a place of residence, work, and culture for visitors and the approximately 400 members of the cooperative.
