House «less is more» Guest Rooms
Guest Rooms: Beds for up to 6 people. 1 double room and 1 single room on the 1st floor, and 3 mattresses in the attic on the 2nd floor, accessible via a space-saving staircase, in a cozy house (built around 1900) with a small garden/sitting area and a vaulted cellar in the old and quiet village center.
Right on the bike path and next to the Biber Stream, with a view of the “Beauty of Bibern” sculpture, surrounded by secular buildings. In the immediate vicinity: the “Dorf” bus stop, a children’s playground, a country tavern, a farm stand (open 24/7), a typewriter museum, meadows, pastures, animals, a hiking trail, the “Reiatweg” Nature Park, the Unterer Reiat swimming area with a restaurant/kiosk (concerts), Hofen, the Dutch House, Hofen, the Reiatstube restaurant, and Opfertshofen.
Light breakfast (self-serve), brunch (Saturday/Sunday upon request). Bathroom/shower/toilet, separate toilet, kitchen, private dining area, washing machine (no dryer), Wi-Fi/TV/radio, outdoor seating area, small, idyllic natural garden with fruit trees, courtyard in front of the vaulted ceiling, parking.
The vault is at ground level. There are a few steps leading up to the entrance, and more steps inside the building to reach the upper two levels.
The host, "Silvia," is friendly toward people, children, and animals; she is easygoing and solution-oriented. The house is home to two pugs, "Luna & Theo," and a Maine Coon cat named "Bilbo." Sociable and friendly dogs are welcome.
