At Beckenburg, the focus is on authentic, seasonal cuisine. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients, many of which come from local producers who are equally dedicated to their craft. It’s not just the origin that matters, but the result on the plate.
The kitchen operates with precision. Stock, sauces, side dishes, and desserts are mostly made in-house. The dishes are clearly structured, well-balanced in flavor, and cooked to perfection.
The menu is complemented by a diverse wine list featuring Pinot Noir area from the Schaffhausen Pinot Noir area select Swiss and international wines.
The restaurant offers about 60 seats indoors and another 40 on the terrace. Whether for a relaxed dinner, a business lunch, or a festive occasion—the Beckenburg provides the perfect setting for an enjoyable time in a refined atmosphere.
